PantyMadness is a cheeky title for another site in a long line of them with a hard-on for a woman's top drawer. The site offers 106 episodes of randomly caught, but revealing shots of a babe's panties in public and private. 

One technical problem for me when visiting this site was the lack of links for the picture content and the videos. Browsers are faced with page after page of thumbnails with descriptions that still had me guessing what was inside. To find out what each model has on offer, the viewer has to go into that model's page.

Most of these thumbnails lead to galleries of 25 to 100 images. It's all average-quality photos with a few underexposures or small frames. This is largely due to the public capture of material. The sets with posed shots did have larger images and a higher level of quality.

One fault is the eight pic sets I found that are not exclusive and come from other sites run by the same company. In fact, when clicking on the thumbnail for these I was taken to pages on those other sites, with their different layout and banner headings.

Twelve updates included movies, which can be downloaded in average MPEG and mediocre Windows Media. This oddity is explained when you realize those products coming from one of the other sites in the network.

Members get three extra live feed links, 21 feeds for streaming, and eight pic feeds. Over and above all that is the free access to the 23 other sites on the network. Unfortunately, they could all do with some improved content quality.
